Wow! Tempercool did such an amazing job repairing our daicon system. From start of booking to end of job the customer service was excellent. Matt, the tech, was very professional and super organised. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience with Temper Cool. Matt came out to service my ducted air conditioning and was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He kept me updated throughout the entire service, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood what he was doing and why. It’s refreshing to deal with someone who is so informative and takes the time to communicate with their customers. I really appreciated his honesty and excellent service. We are very impressed with Tempercool. When our ducted air conditioning broke down they were helpful from the start. Receptionist was great with booking us in and didn’t have to wait long for the guys to come out. Very thorough and honest. It only took another week for our parts to be installed and working again. Once again, fantastic service from Tempercool! Matt and Julian did an excellent job, despite rainy conditions and Katarina in the office kept us informed and up to date.  Highly recommend this company who are efficient, respectful, cheerful and willing to share their expertise.  We look forward to engaging them again for a yearly service on our unit. After ongoing issues with the air conditioning in the kitchen of the office, we were recommended to Temper Cool - today Matt & Julian arrived on site early with 90mins had a diagnosis. (Others had come on site and spent hours with no result) Solution was a new unit - they installed it and all done by 12.15pm.  Some of the most polite and tidy trades ever used. They even tidied up after the not so good job of other trades. Highly recommend them and we have a functional air conditioning unit in the kitchen now

The Temper Cool Team is completely trustworthy and totally reliable. Matt and Julian did a wonderful job today installing a big 9.1kw unit. They are both just delightful fellahs and I know from past experience just how knowledgeable Matt is. Matt and Julian were super efficient at the installation as well as being very considerate of the household. Katarina in the office is a force - great service and she doesn't give up on sourcing parts that may be taking longer than expected. Can highly recommend Temper Cool Air Conditioning to service your unit/s. The guys are so pleasant and easy to talk to, they do a great job and leave with no mess, plus the communication between the staff in the office and you the client is fantastic. They are on the ball every step of the way with letting you know you are due for a service right down to letting you know exactly when to expect the guys.
