Tell us what’s going on. We’ll take it from there.
If your Panasonic air conditioner is not cooling, not heating, leaking water, showing a fault code or due for a service, TemperCool can help you work out what is actually going on.
We help Gold Coast homeowners with Panasonic air conditioning service, Panasonic aircon repairs and eligible Panasonic warranty work. Our focus is clear fault-finding, practical advice and repair recommendations that make sense for the age and condition of your system.
A fault code, weak airflow or cooling issue is a starting point. The right service call confirms what has actually failed before parts are replaced.
TemperCool assists with eligible Panasonic warranty work on the Gold Coast.
A Panasonic warranty call still needs proper fault-finding. The system has to be checked to confirm whether the issue is a manufacturer fault, an installation issue, a maintenance problem, environmental damage, user operation, or another cause outside product warranty.
If your Panasonic system is under warranty, the best starting point is to find the model and serial number, then send us the details. We can help confirm the next step and whether a warranty assessment may be suitable.
For more detail, read our guide to Panasonic air conditioner warranty service.
A Panasonic air conditioning service is not just about cleaning a filter. A proper service should check how the system is operating, whether airflow is restricted, whether the indoor and outdoor units are clean and clear, and whether there are signs of wear, corrosion, leaks, electrical issues or poor performance.
This matters before summer because a Panasonic system that seems fine in mild weather may struggle once Gold Coast heat and humidity build.
Your Panasonic air conditioner may need a service if it is not cooling like it used to, airflow feels weak, the indoor unit smells musty, water is leaking, the outdoor unit is noisy, or a fault code appears.
If your system has not been checked before summer, our split system service Gold Coast guide explains what should be checked before peak season.
If your existing Panasonic air conditioner is older, repeatedly breaking down or no longer worth repairing, replacement may be the better long-term option.
TemperCool can help Gold Coast homeowners compare repair and replacement options and choose a new Panasonic split or ducted system where suitable.
A good air conditioner installation is not just about choosing a brand. The system needs to be sized correctly, positioned carefully and installed in a way that makes sense for the room, the home and future servicing.

After ongoing issues with the air conditioning in the kitchen of the office, we were recommended to Temper Cool - today Matt & Julian arrived on site early with 90mins had a diagnosis. (Others had come on site and spent hours with no result) Solution was a new unit - they installed it and all done by 12.15pm. Some of the most polite and tidy trades ever used. They even tidied up after the not so good job of other trades. Highly recommend them and we have a functional air conditioning unit in the kitchen nowPosted on Google![]()

The Temper Cool Team is completely trustworthy and totally reliable. Matt and Julian did a wonderful job today installing a big 9.1kw unit. They are both just delightful fellahs and I know from past experience just how knowledgeable Matt is. Matt and Julian were super efficient at the installation as well as being very considerate of the household. Katarina in the office is a force - great service and she doesn't give up on sourcing parts that may be taking longer than expected. This Team deserves more than 5 stars and I highly recommend engaging them for any Airconditiong needs. I certainly won't be considering anyone else! Thanks Team.Posted on Google![]()

If your Panasonic air conditioner is not cooling, leaking water, tripping power, making unusual noises or showing a fault code, the first step is proper diagnosis.
A symptom tells us where to start. Testing tells us what has actually failed. That matters because the same issue can have more than one possible cause, especially with electrical faults, airflow problems, sensors, boards or outdoor unit issues.
TemperCool helps Gold Coast homeowners with Panasonic air conditioner repairs, clear fault-finding and practical repair advice. If the system is older or the repair cost does not make sense, we will talk you through your options before any work goes ahead.
If your system is tripping power, our guide to aircon tripping the breaker on the Gold Coast explains why repeated tripping should not be ignored.
A Panasonic air conditioner may stop cooling properly because of restricted airflow, dirty filters, a blocked indoor unit, outdoor unit issues, sensor faults, electrical problems, refrigerant concerns or another system fault.
The cause needs to be tested before anyone can confirm whether it needs servicing, cleaning or repair. If your Panasonic aircon is not cooling like it used to, the best starting point is a proper fault-finding service.
Yes, it is worth turning your Panasonic air conditioner on before summer and checking that it cools properly before the first hot week arrives.
Even if the system was serviced recently, run it in cooling mode and check the airflow, outdoor unit clearance, filters, noises, smells and whether the room temperature actually drops.
Our guide to split system service Gold Coast explains what should be checked before peak season.
The best starting point is to find the model and serial number on your Panasonic air conditioner, then contact TemperCool or send the details through our enquiry form.
We can help confirm the next step and whether a warranty assessment may be suitable.
Warranty approval still depends on the cause of the fault. A Panasonic warranty claim may need fault-finding to confirm whether the issue is a manufacturer fault, an installation issue, maintenance-related, environmental damage, user operation, or something outside product warranty.
If your Panasonic air conditioner is tripping the breaker or safety switch, there may be an electrical issue inside the air conditioning system, the isolator, the circuit, or the power supply to the unit.
You can reset the breaker once if it is safe to do so, but if it trips again, stop resetting it and arrange proper fault-finding. Repeated tripping is not something to ignore, especially after a storm.
For more detail, read our guide on aircon tripping the breaker on the Gold Coast.
A Panasonic fault code gives the technician a starting point, but it does not confirm the exact failed part on its own.
The code may point toward a sensor issue, communication problem, fan motor fault, electrical fault, refrigerant concern, airflow issue or another system problem. The air conditioner still needs proper testing before anyone can confirm what has failed or what needs to be repaired.
A fault code is helpful, but it is not the full diagnosis.
It depends on the age, condition, fault, repair cost and parts availability.
Sometimes a Panasonic repair is the right move. Other times, an older system with repeated issues, poor performance, corrosion or expensive parts may be better replaced.
TemperCool can inspect the system and help you understand the most practical next step before you spend money on repairs that may not make long-term sense.
If your Panasonic air conditioner is not cooling, leaking water, tripping power, showing a fault code or due for a service, TemperCool can help you work out the next step.
