📌 A Quick Note for Warranty Customers
If your system is still under manufacturer warranty — that’s great news! In most cases, your diagnostic and any required repairs will be fully covered (subject to the individual warranty terms of your unit). We’ll review those details for you on the day to make sure everything lines up.
If something falls outside of what the manufacturer covers, no worries — we’ll walk you through it with our Breakdown Diagnosis and work through some solutions to get you back up and running!
If your visit was referred to us by another party, any non-warranty charges will simply be passed on to the nominated contact, as per the manufacturer’s guidelines.
